Orders are sent within 1 working day of acceptance of your files. This must include workable images and your text and floor plans, if required. We will notify you by telephone when information is missing or when a submitted photo is not suitable for printing. As a signature will be required, you must therefore ensure that someone will be available at the delivery address to accept your brochures. We also offer an Express Service - Your order is despatched on the same day, provided it is accepted no later then 12.00 noon. In such cases, we employ the services of guaranteed Next Day Couriers. There is an additional charge for this. We are not always able to offer an Express Service, so please contact us to check availability.
