We
believe a good brochure is the
key in bringing about a swift
sale. Very importantly, it
will win new vendors who avoid
agents using inferior property
brochures. If the brochure
looks and feels right and the
photos are sharp and clear, a
viewing is very likely.
Around
70% of all photos submitted to
us are in need of work. Most
require only minor work with
light levels and adding blue
skies to a dull white sky, but
others, are not suitable for
print unless major repair work
is carried out first. This
work is done by default to
ensure the final product is
faultless. Before and after
images below are a typical
example of our work.
As
a rule, we will not print your
brochure if we believe an
inferior image may spoil your
brochure's overall standard.
An experienced graphic artist
will first attempt to enhance
it using specialist Adobe
photo editing software
packages. When we are unable
to repair this faulty image,
we will telephone you
immediately to discuss the
situation.
When
you submit a PDF which
contains a poor quality image,
the final printed brochure
will reflect this
imperfection. See also
