have opened my first office.
Can you create artwork for my
property particulars?
Yes. We will assign a graphic
artist to work with you in
producing a brochure which
reflects your corporate style.
There is no fee for this if
you are considering ordering
your property brochures from
us. We assume you have already
established your logos and
identifying
colours.
How
soon can I place my first
order?
As soon as you
register
your
details
with us and approve your
templates, usually created for
you in around three
days.
How
fast do you turn work
around?
All brochures are despatched
via Parcel Force, Royal Mail
or an overnight courier
network within 1 working day
from the day we accept your
order. Orders are accepted
when we are in receipt of
everything we need to fulfil
your order. This must include
workable images, your text and
floor plans, if required. We
will notify you by telephone
when information is missing or
when a submitted photo is not
suitable for
printing.
How
quick can you deliver
reorders?
Our service dictates that we
generally print brochures on
the same day we receive the
order to ensure it is ready
for a next day courier
collection. This applies to
new instructions and reorders.
You will receive this order
not next day, but the day
after. Occasional same day
emergency printing is possible
at no extra charge, only when
our van is scheduled to visit
your location. Otherwise a
motorcycle or taxi courier
service is available at
cost.
Sometimes
our camera produces photos
with very dark light levels.
Is this something you can help
us with?
Yes. Almost 70% off all photos
submitted to us are in need of
small lighting adjustments.
Some images are in a poor
state, but we will always
attempt to repair an image to
prevent a reshoot. When an
image is not repairable and in
our opinion will spoil your
property brochure, we will
contact you
immediately.
What
is your minimum order?
For laminated brochures we
require a minimum order of 25
A4 or A3. For 170gsm paper
details we require a minimum
order of 100 A4 or 50
A3.
Do
we need to install additional
software before we can order
brochures?
No. You need an Internet
connection, a web browser such
as Internet Explorer, and an
email program such as
Outlook.
How
do we submit our brochure
details for print?
Upload your photos and word
document from this website, or
ftp them to our server to an
ftp account we can create for
you, or email everything to
us, or send us a
PDF.
How
do we upload our files from
this website?
You will receive a password
and a url such as
http://x9digital.com/your_name
from where you can access the
system to upload your
files.
After
we have uploaded our photos
and text, can we make an
amendment to the text?
Yes, but only if your
brochures have not yet been
printed. You may telephone or
email to make amendments and
price changes in case you need
to reorder.
Can
we send you a PDF?
Yes. But we cannot improve on
the quality of your images.
And we do not guarantee that
the finished brochure will
match the colours when viewed
on your computer, or printed
from a nongraphical colour
printer.
Do
you make a delivery
charge?
Yes. Delivery outside Sussex
is subject to a delivery fee
at cost for any total order
value less than £50.00.
This fee is
£8.50.
Can
I order a set of brochures
free to trial your
service?
No. We offer a full money back
guarantee if you are not
satisfied with the quality of
your brochures. All delivery
deadlines are adhered to under
normal conditions.
How
long does it take to create a
credit account?
Accounts are set up same-day.
The initial credit limit is
£300. Credit accounts are
only available for clients who
spend more than £100 per
month.
How
do we settle our
account?
You can make a payment towards
your account with a credit or
debit card, either by logging
into your Account Manager or
over the telephone, or by
posting us a
cheque.
I
will spend less than £100
per month. How do I
pay?
An invoice is raised for each
order and emailed to you. You
may access the system via this
website to make a secure
online payment using a credit
or debit card, or you may post
us a cheque.
We
require 60 days credit - is
this possible?
No. We are unable to extend
credit beyond 30 days.
Our
office is part of a multi
branch and payments are only
made once a month. You are
asking for payments on the
14th and the 28th of each
month. Is this
flexible?
Yes. However, amending our
standard trading conditions is
subject to certain conditions
and approval.
